Raw material processing section

The raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete products are usually sand, stone dust, fly ash, gypsum, lime, cement, aluminium paste and water.

Some of the raw materials are processed in this section to form slurry of certain fineness and then stored in the slurry tank for spare parts. The main equipments under this section are: ball mill, slurry tank, pulper and so on.

Reinforcing mesh and automatic cycle section

Come to use the first fully automated steel mesh processing line in China. The manufactured reinforcing steel mesh is put into a slurry that has been thoroughly mixed, and after all the subsequent processes, it will be formed into a plate product with a certain degree of strength, which can be used as a wall material, roofing plate and ceiling material in the construction industry.

The main equipments under this section are: mesh welding machine, plate assembling frame conveying line, plugging and unplugging brazing spreader, anticorrosion liquid impregnation tank and drying box, wax dipping lifting device.

Batching and casting static section

The raw materials will be added to the casting mixer in certain proportions and mixed thoroughly before being transported into the pre-conditioning room by a swing truck. The mixed slurry will stay here for several hours to complete the pre-conditioning process.

The main equipment in this section includes casting mixers, slurry and powder metering systems, automatic aluminium powder metering and mixing systems and pre-culture systems.

Cutting section

After pre-conditioning, the billet enters the cutting section, which is also the core part of the whole production. Excellent cutting process ensures the precision of the product while positively controlling its appearance and flatness.

The main equipment in this section are slot milling units, turning spreaders, cutting units and edge clearing machines.

Autoclaving section

The cut billets are formed to their final strength by the operation of the autoclave. The number of blanks in the autoclave is determined by the size of the autoclave and the designed production capacity. A conventional autoclave can accommodate up to 18 blanks in a single line.

The main equipment of this section includes autoclave, ferry, automatic bridge, automatic steam distribution and residual gas recovery system.

Product sorting and packing section

The final step of the whole production process is the sorting and packaging of the products. The wrench will first separate the sticky products layer by layer, and the finished products will either be blocks or plates. The finished products will be sent to the packing area through the conveyor line, and then transported to the warehouse or yard by forklift truck, and finally sent to the customer site.

The main equipments in this section are wrenching machine, finished product fixture, block/plate conveying line, rotary fixture, etc.
